Max van Leyenhorst
Attorney at law
Specialisation
For the past ten years, Max has focussed his legal practice in the area of commercial dispute resolution. Amongst his clients are Dutch and foreign listed companies, as well as government agencies.
Max assists his clients in national and international arbitration and litigation. The disputes he handles often concern mergers and acquisitions, corporate law and/or contracts. Through this experience, Max has developed significant expertise in dispute management. His clients rely on his pragmatic approach to the identification and management of potential risks and disputes - aspects of business which, in practice, are commonly underestimated or recognised too late. In this way, he takes a commercial approach to his practice of law. Max is recommended in the international arbitration chapter of Legal500 (2008). Clients value his expertise in combination with his ability to turnover high quality work in a short space of time. Max is a registered mediator at the Netherlands Mediation Institute.
