Sandra has been practising law since 1997. She is a specialist in the field of insolvency law and business law. Throughout her career she has frequently been appointed trustee and administrator in a wide variety of cases involving bankruptcies and suspensions of payments. In 2001 she followed and successfully completed the Insolad/Grotius Academy specialisation training. She has been involved in various high-profile actions in the field of corporate litigation and insolvency law and her contributions have on several occasions helped to form landmark rulings.
Sandra advises entrepreneurs about bankruptcies and how to prevent these, as well as about directors’ liability, shareholder disputes, conflicts with lenders and suppliers, entering into and terminating various forms of cooperation, entering into and terminating commercial contracts with lenders and suppliers, securing claims and measures that are to be taken by businesses facing financial difficulties.
