Practice area
Sander is a property law lawyer, specializing in contract law. His activities include negotiating and conducting lawsuits involving, for example, agency and distribution law, franchises, contracts and purchase agreements (including company takeovers). His wide expertise ranges from drafting and negotiating agreements to conducting the related proceedings, including the levying and lifting of attachments. Sander’s clients are to be found in the retail, production and wholesale sector, both on a national and on an international level. He regularly publishes articles in the field of contract law and is a frequent lecturer for both trainees and students on subjects such as the law of civil procedure and the technique of conducting oral pleadings.

Sander read law at the Catholic University of Nijmegen (currently called Radboud Universiteit)
Work experience
Before Sander together with his two partners started Legaltree in 2008, he worked as a lawyer at the Rotterdam office of NautaDutilh for well over six years, where he specialized in transport law and corporate and commercial litigation.
