Eunice Bruyninckx has been a lawyer since 1995 and has since 1997 focused exclusively on employment law, particularly in the field of co-determination law, transfer of undertaking, collective agreements law, equal treatment and dismissals, collective and otherwise. Eunice as a rule represents large undertakings, but she is also regularly approached by company directors. Eunice appears in various legal listings as the recommended specialist in her field. Her clients particularly value her large degree of efficiency and her matter-of-fact and expert way of advising. Eunice publishes and teaches with great regularity. She is an annotator for JAR (the journal for employment law case law) and a teacher at the Institute of Employment Law (Instituut voor Arbeidsrecht).

Experience

Having worked with a number of major law firms for 17 years (including Simmons & Simmons and Linklaters), Eunice joined Legaltree as a partner on 1 January 2012.

Eunice is a committee member of the Vereniging Rotterdamse Arbeidsrecht Advocaten (VRAA) (Association of Rotterdam Employment Lawyers) and of the specialists association Vereniging Arbeidsrecht Advocaten Nederland (VAAN) (Dutch Employment Lawyers Association). She is also a member of the European Employment Lawyers Association (EELA) and the Vereniging Arbeidsrecht Advocaten (VVA) (Employment Lawyers Association).
